God’s Mercy

The King James Version of the Bible says God’s mercies are new every morning. The beauty of the Lord is that his forgiveness is available all throughout the day. Mercy is obtained by going boldly to the throne and asking for help.Read

Lamentations 3:22-23
Because of the LORD’S great love, we are not consumed- for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

Psalms 100:5 says: “For the LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting.” Because it is everlasting, it may be found at the beginning of each new day or in the moment we choose to repent.

Hebrews 4:6 says: “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

God’s mercy and grace are patiently waiting for us every moment of our lives. If we stumble a thousand times, we can come boldly, without shame, to the throne of our loving heavenly Father and receive new mercies every morning and every moment of the day. When we slip backward and fall into sin, we should get on our knees, bowing before the Lord, turn from our sins and ask for his forgiveness.
